Ms. Picasso is an Environmental Researcher and Office Planning Consultant who is a leading expert in planning, designing and evaluating office facilities with a particular focus on high tech/high stress work environments.

She developed and maintains a research -oriented database of almost 65,000 office workers from over 150 US corporations, covering assessment of a wide range of office environments. This database was expanded in 1988 to include approximately 5,000 non-US office workers. Prior to forming Engel Picasso Associates, she had conducted POE's and developed designs for over 75 major US corporations for AT&T, as Marketing Manager of Environmental Design & Research in their National Technical Center.

In addition to her special experience in planning and designing call center environments, she also has managed In-House Planning & Design teams for Merrill Lynch and AT&T, where she was responsible for over 5,000,000 sq.ft. of administrative office space.
