Mr.
Kirschhoch is responsible for the management of all
aspects of the building construction process. This includes
administering the development of contract documents,
negotiating construction contracts, value engineering,
project scheduling, field liaison during construction
and final asset performance evaluation. He is highly
regarded in the field as a results oriented manager
and has the skills to think "out of the box" to find
solutions without losing focus on the client's goals.
A
few recent accomplishments include managing the design
and construction of over 1,000,000 sq.ft. of office
and call center space. Mr. Kirschhoch has a vast experience
in introducing new technologies and systems into office
space design including "Unified" Category Five wiring
of voice & data, low profile raised flooring, energy
efficient and alternative lighting systems and card
access entry control programs. He is responsible for
significantly increasing project cost savings through
TQM and Process Management techniques. His comprehensive
view of a project enables him to approach each assignment
with results in mind.
