Mr. Engel brings over 30 years of experience in the planning and design of corporate facilities and evaluation of their human factors. As a partner and founder of Engel Picasso Associates, his responsibilities include the site location/selection, real estate negotiations, and architectural design.

Mr. Engel's architectural planning/design experience includes the development of over 15,000,000 sq.ft. of administrative office area, with special expertise in high-tech/high-stress work environments, and the integration of automation, communication and related high-tech systems into the workplace. He has also developed a number of software programs and systems for the POE process, and facility planning applications. Formerly, Mr. Engel was principal of Environmental Research & Development, Inc. (ERD), as well as Facility Manager for Irving Trust Company, McGraw-Hill, Inc. and The American Broadcasting Companies.
